ABOUT THE BOOK
Of Blood and Blessings When a relatively young, half-demon named Grant is "outed", he's forced to leave behind the comfortable life he'd built. While fighting his would-be assassins and denying his inexplicable addiction for a human girl, Grant promises to do whatever it takes to make Amelia happy.

Blood Reign In order to protect her son, Sadrina returns to the one demon she’s always loved and the hell he rules over. To prove her right to rule at his side she must complete tests including passing judgment over the most notorious of her kind—her father, Sadaen.

Blood Justice Sadaen’s quest for justice and redemption leads him to the arms of an angel determined to execute him. His only hope is to bind them together with a deal that could destroy them both.

First Kiss Friday: Acacia III: Cravings

He was immovable, a statue carved of stone. Or at least he was until his head tilted, his lips parted in invitation, a warning of the impending contact.

Contact that she suddenly wanted more than anything. She needed to taste him, to feel his lips over hers.

“Ross.” Jemson’s voice held a note of warning.

A growl vibrated up through Ross’s chest. But his mouth hovered, almost connecting, almost claiming her lips. “Just a taste.” The air was a soft caress, while the words were gilded in iron.

“It’s dangerous.”

Jem’s words barely filtered into her mind. Dangerous? What could be dangerous about a kiss?

“It is as it must be.” Ross’s lips covered hers. The warm connection became her whole world. The pressure was a demand but his subtly sweet flavor was decadence. His tongue danced along the line of her lips, a delightful request she couldn’t deny.

She opened to him and tasted his fire. So hot and burning… she devoured him in that moment, knowing his heart, knowing he was killing her, poisoning her with every sweet lick.

“Ross.”

Slowly the kiss came to an end. Ross was holding her tight against his chest, supporting her whole weight, which was good because her legs hung useless and weak and her bones ached all over. “Help me…” But why would they? They’d been the ones to kill her. “Why?” She blinked, trying to clear her blurring vision.

“Listen to me, Caitlin, you have to drink from me now. Without my blood you will die.”

“No…” Something about poison. If his kiss could burn through her, what would his blood do? The blood, it would kill.

“Not our blood. My blood will save you.” He buried her face against the warmth of his neck. The corded muscles felt so healthy and strong. The steady throb of his blood pumping sounded like salvation.

But was it all a lie?

“Please trust me. I’d not have pushed the issue if I’d known you were this stubborn.” Ross’s voice held a soft brogue that vibrated through her lips.

She was dying. She’d done it before. She knew the sensation as each body system shut down, one at a time. The helplessness was unbearable. Drinking from him might save her, but if not maybe she could take him with her. She jerked, plunging her fangs into Ross, taking all he had to give.

ABOUT THE BOOK
A thousand years in the future, man in all his forms has spread out across the universe. Some races have chosen to live apart and others have attempted to live together, building diversity colonies. One of those is the Planet Rahla and its moon Acacia.

But not long after the colony began, it erupted with violence and fell into a civil (or not so civil) war between humans, vampires and werewolves. The massive bloodshed was ended with the Acacia Treaty which divided the two surviving races. Humans held Rahla and vampires were exiled to the domed moon colony of Acacia.

The treaty is resented by both sides and war may return at any moment.
Acacia III: Cravings
The virgin queen has a new desire...or two.

Hate crimes against vampires pose a rising threat to the moon colony of Acacia. Subversive attempts to destroy the colony are almost certainly being directed by the human purists on Rahla. Acacian agents have been murdered, and now their blood supply has been tampered with.

Counter intelligence operations have led to the capture of two werewolf warriors, more dangerous than anything either side has ever seen before. With their worlds on the brink of war, Queen Caitlin will do anything to protect her people, even if it means bartering her body to a pair of killers. But will her submission be enough to buy their loyalty?

First Kiss Friday: Acacia II: Blindsided

Shame flooded through him. “I don’t expect you to feel the same. I just… I had to show you at least this once. I won’t make any demands. We can go back to how it was.” Even if it killed him.

“Dash, stop.”

He met those silver-gray depths again fearing the coming rejection. Would he send him away? Trade him to another vampire?

“I wanted it too. Dash, I wanted you.”

Holy hell. “Really?”

“Yeah. Now get up here so I can kiss you.”

Dash crawled up Blake’s body so fast he felt awkward, but the moment called for immediacy. His master might come to his senses any second. Once they were face to face, he hesitated. Now that was awkward. He’d never initiated a kiss. Thirty freaking years of living and he was a babe in the woods when it came to this kind of affection.

His master must have understood. Of course he did. He would have surely noticed that Dash had never dated or even gotten close to any other. Tilting his head just slightly, his master leaned up into the kiss, bringing their lips together. Their mouths became one, parted only by the master’s partially retracted fangs.

Lips and breath played over each other, until the master’s tongue teased along his lips, parting him and plunging inward. Dash gasped at the sweet invasion. Sensation shot through his body. His cock hardened again, brought back to life with a kiss. A kiss which deepened, hardened until the master’s tongue plunged deep in an imitation of fucking.

First Kiss Friday: Acacia I: Abducting Aeron

His cool strength enveloped her while one hand slowly stroked up and down her back, soothing her like a child.

But she wasn’t a child. The casual touch sent waves of pleasure vibrating through her body, tightening her desire, making it obvious that her body wanted more than just to be held. She’d wanted more right from the first moment she’d met him. More… of everything he had to offer and yet, for a week they had only danced around the attraction.

She was done dancing.

Helia turned just enough to bring her face up before his. His hooded grey eyes burned with something fierce, something she should have been afraid of, but it wasn’t fear that welled up in a tight knot, sizzling awareness over her skin. She brought her lips to his, while his descended to claim hers.

They came together with a crash of passion. Nothing light or gentle would be found between them, at least not this time.

His fingers burrowed into her bound hair, freeing it, flinging the small band and netting aside. His mouth continued to ravage hers. His grip on her hair tightened, turning her into the kiss.

She wasn’t one to be led, but he was racing toward exactly where she wanted to go. With her body held so tightly, she was crushed against him. Still she tore at the front of his clothing, opening it enough to slide her palms over his chest.

His skin was cooler than hers but the flesh was too tempting to turn away from. His chest was broad and his body corded with lean muscle. She let her hands explore lower.

Aeron gasped against her mouth, tearing free to trail fiery kisses down her neck. “I want you, Helia. I need you.” Fang tips scraped deliciously over her skin.

MIA

Wow! It's been over a year since I last posted... Bad me. (SLAP to wrist.)

Take two - the computer locked up and I lost a couple paragraphs. Thank you windows 8, you piece of crap.

So as I was saying... I've been wanting to post often and stay connected but every time I start something interrupts or distracts me. Any suggestions for overcoming my posting ADD? Maybe I can set a reminder on my phone. It has more neat gadgets on it then my car. (sad note to self: buy new car).

Actually I'm in the process of buying a new (used) car this week. So excited. I've felt homeless ever since my Windstar died years ago. I just don't feel right in a sedan. Nope, it has to be a minivan for me. Looks like this time it might be a Town and Country. I've driven my parent's T&C many a time and like plenty so it should be a good fit.

Now you may be wondering about my writing... Well I wish I could say no news is good news but that probably isn't the case here. I am still working but it's a fact that life does interfere with art. I have several projects that are close to completion so the focus will continue to be me fighting with distractions and trying to finish those wayward puppies up to get them out to my readers.

In the meantime I do have several of my books and collections that are now available in print. I'll post more about those soon. (see? gave myself something to say in the next post. :) Oh! and I also goofed off and wrote some fan fiction so watch for that as well.

Well, off I go. I'm out grooming dogs for pay today. Truthfully today will be more about me hanging out with friends while I groom their dogs up for them. Always makes a nice time, and I usually get spoiled with cake too.
