Introducing ... one of my first Japanese Butterfly Koi. I haven't given him/her a name yet. This koi is now about 12 inches long.
LOL Now back to writing for Nano. I have done about 12 pages in the last week.

ReplyDeleteToday, after work I reworked the rock wall around the bog filter in my biggest Koi pond. It had developed a leak and needed fixed. Really! It did. Well, I fixed it I think and netted out a bunch of leaves too.
As a side note, it is a bit cold to be wading in over knee deep water in sandles and shorts.
Despite my world class procrastination, 'Forgiven' is now at over 20,000 words and almost 100 pages!
Angel has definitely inherited Grant's desire to dominate a story. And Saxxon and Kelly are really heating things up now. (which is probably why I am procrastinating. *Whine* I have a headache!)

Noon on Sunday.
ReplyDeleteFootball starts in 8 hours and I have oodles to do around the house.
Word counts are a little over 24000 and I need to get bunches written just in case I get behind during the week. I've been trying to write for about 20 minutes and not getting much done.
Dang music station. I don't even know what the heck this is playing on my rock channel. Some guy with a sax, which really isn't all that bad, just not what the muse wants.
*sigh* He's the one guy I must give in to. My muse and his passion for hard rock, and alternative metal. Lucky for me I have a bunch of his favorites on i-tunes and others on the CD player. never fear, the music is about to play.
